Organised? Good on the telephone? Try being an office manager overseeing our leagues each week. You’ll have around 30 leagues to manage from our open plan, fully air conditioned offices and you’ll be expected to make decisions and sometimes think on your feet to deal with the different issues you’ll face each week.
Excellent salary incentive scheme.

The League Office Manager role involves working independently to organise and run around 30 small sided football leagues. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate, however the role does require a highly organised, computer literature individual, with great time management and excellent communication skills.
General responsibilities include:
- Communicating with match officials on a regular basis
- Arranging and updating fixtures
- Establishing good relationships with match officials and league staff
- Communicating with existing teams that play in the leagues on a regular basis
- Communicating with new teams that wish to join the league
- Ensuring all match fee payments are paid in full and on time
- Arranging end of season trophy presentations
- Liaise with leisure centre staff
- Promoting your leagues from within the office
Working hours are Monday-Friday.

Logistics Operative
We are looking for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to support our stock and shop department.
You will need to be familiar with Microsoft word and excel.
The hours of the job are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Job roles and responsibilities:
• Picking and Packing equipment and putting into boxes to be sent out.
• In charge of stock takes.
• Responsible for all stock coming in and out of the department.
• Create and print off shipping labels through our courier service and place onto the boxes.
